COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

The health and safety of all Metabolomics 2022 attendees remains our top priority. We are closely monitoring government mandates and policy changes as well as local and venue guidelines related to COVID-19.

Face-Coverings
In Spain, as of April 20, 2022, it is no longer required to wear a face mask while outdoors or in public indoor settings. However, for everyone’s safety and comfort, all conference participants are strongly encouraged to wear a mask for the duration of the meeting.

Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizing stations will be easily accessible to everyone throughout the conference venue.

Health and Safety Signage
Signage will be in place as a reminder for social distancing and hygiene.

Other recommendations
It is also recommended that you get tested before arriving at the conference venue. If you have knowingly been exposed to or tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, please take all necessary steps to prevent transmission at Metabolomics 2022 and refrain from participating in any conference related activities. If at any time during the conference you require medical assistance, please refer to the registration desk or dial 112 for emergencies. 

VALENCIA COVID TESTING LOCATIONS

Covid testing at the IMED Valencia is available daily from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. No appointment is required and the results are provided in both Spanish and English. IMED Valencia is a 16-minute walk from the Valencia Conference Center.

• PCR tests = €85 with your conference badge (normally €96). Results available in 12 hours.
• Antigen tests = €35 with your conference badge (normally €40). Results available in 30 minutes.

Very Valencia
Address will appear on your appointment e-mail.
Clinic is located 15-minute walk from the VCC, or a 4-minute drive. 

Covid tests available daily 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.  Appointment required.  Results are provided in Spanish, English and German.  The private clinic is a 15-minute drive from the Valencia airport. 

• Standard PCR tests = €108; results in 24-36 hours
• Rapid PCR tests = €173; results in 1 hour
• Rapid Antigen tests = €55; results in 1 hour
• All prices include €23 administrative fee; non-refundable if you cancel your booking
